You are a talented Head of Product backed by experience as a Product Manager and will play a leading role in our future and the strategy and vision of our platforms. You are responsible for the vision of the product roadmap and will define user-centric and data-driven design in our suite of products. You are equally responsible for the selection and prioritization of product enhancements in order to maximize the Customer Lifetime Value of the products suite.

With a passion for high-quality scalable solutions, you will be experienced in establishing a product vision in line with the strategic goals of the organisation to inform and support the development of a user-centric product.
Build strong relationships and ensure communications with internal and external stakeholders
Define product strategy and align the product vision with the company strategy
Delivering quality, product innovation that further establishes Nimbla as the sole leader in the market
Organise and lead user and market research efforts to inform product development ensuring it is customer focused, data-driven and maximises LTV
Plan and prioritise the product roadmap, specify features, define user stories and manage the backlog while assessing product design to ensure it is deliverable on a technical level
Able to communicate and influence a wide range of audiences
Able to organise and prioritise an ever-growing list of tasks and requirements, deepening understanding to create the best solutions
Be an enthusiastic leader who enjoys leading from the front and see individual team members’ success as the number one priority
Have working knowledge of data analysis and performance operation metrics, using data to solve complex technical problems while learning new technologies in the process
Experience leading an Agile team (Scrum, Kanban)
Bonus points for
Knowledge of FinTech or InsurTech, or knowledge of working in a regulated industry
