Content Manager

We’re growing fast and we're looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead the planning and creation of content for Nimbla. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating content that explains and sells a new product to companies across the UK and abroad in a way that’s straightforward and easy to understand. This is a versatile role with significant responsibilities to manage content for both marketing and product.

About you

You will

  • You’ll research, write and edit content, including websites, how-to documents, blog posts, white papers, presentations, emails, press releases and flyers, to help inform and encourage customers, partners and investors.
  • You’ll create a content strategy and keep track of all projects, campaigns and deadlines.
  • You want to get a good understanding of buyer needs across different segments and translate this into content.
  • You’re good at breaking down confusing insurance and technology content into easy to understand and persuasive copy.
  • You’ll take ownership of our brand voice and unify written content across the business.
  • You’ll constantly generate ideas for new content and stay on top of the latest developments in the market.
  • You’re not afraid to interview customers and other people to create case studies and blog posts.
  • You’re keen to experiment with different formats and mediums such as video.

Your experience

  • You have B2B writing experience, ideally targeting small B2B businesses.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you write with flair.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail with perfect spelling and grammar.
  • You’re creative with the ability to spot new opportunities easily.
  • You never miss a deadline and can keep track of multiple projects.
  • You’re curious and you’re eager to dive in, talk to people and do research.
  • You’re a self-starter and will never be waiting for a new project.
  • You’re flexible and can change course based on feedback and guidance.
  • You’ll have experience creating your own content calendar.
  • You’re able to work well with different personalities across different departments.
  • You’ll have an interest in FinTech and/or InsurTech.



Bonus points for

  • It would be great if you have some experience in graphic design.
