About you

You are a highly innovative Project Coordinator, keen to work across disciplines and driven to deliver Nimbla’s internal and external projects. You Will

  • Take ownership of diverse, ambiguous and high-value projects, (internal and external)
  • Create detailed plans, document the progress and impact of change requests to the overall delivery
  • Effectively coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the projects
  • Monitor projects risks, identify potential problems and reach effective solutions with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the Steer-co process and facilitate decision making regarding which projects are getting prioritised
  • Coordinate several teams to define the scope and resources required for each project

Your Experience

  • Organise and keep track of multiple projects with excellent follow-up to assure that deadlines are met
  • Approach problems using a methodical and logical method to create a workable solution.
  • Have strong interpersonal, organisation and operations management skills
  • Are comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Be self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to drive project delivery
  • Communicate clearly, organise effectively and actively delegate so problems are solved quickly
  • Promote teamwork across several functions simultaneously to achieve common goals
  • Competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Fin-Tech or Insur-Tech
  • Experience of working within a regulated industry
