How to apply

We seek to remove bias from our selection process. As a result, we are keen to understand how you would deal with the work-life situations instead of reviewing a CV. This means that your first step to apply is to complete the following work sample: https://nimbla.typeform.com/to/it6FsHFo
A work sample is a set of questions to assess your proficiency regarding the main skills needed to be successful in this role.

Once you have submitted the responses, we will randomise and blind mark the results. We will then contact the top candidates for interviews and provide everyone else with detailed feedback on their response.

We try to keep the interview cycle short:

  • Worksample
